- Netherlands: free tracked shipping.
- United Kingdom: €11 tracked shipping.
- USA, Canada, UAE, Asia and other supported non-EU destinations: €14 tracked shipping.
We currently do not ship to EU countries other than the Netherlands. The exact available countries are shown during checkout.
Delivery estimates
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2–4 business days within the Netherlands, 4–8 business days to the United Kingdom and 6–14 business days to other supported destinations. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Customs checks, local carriers and busy periods can cause delays.
Customers outside the Netherlands are responsible for any import duties, taxes or handling charges imposed by their country.
Right of withdrawal
For a non-personalised Classic order, consumers may notify us within 14 days after delivery that they wish to withdraw from the purchase. After notifying us, the product must be returned within 14 days. The customer pays the return postage.
Return the complete product carefully packed and, where reasonably possible, unused and in its original condition. We may deduct for loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Personalised products
The Premium edition includes a bookmark made with the name you provide. Because it is made to your specification, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to this personalised product. This does not affect your rights if an item is damaged, defective or made incorrectly.
Damaged or incorrect orders
Email info@blinddatewithabook.nl as soon as possible with your order reference and clear photographs. If we made an error or the item arrived damaged, we will provide an appropriate solution and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Contact us before posting a return. We will provide the return instructions. Do not send parcels without first contacting us.

- Verenigd Koninkrijk: €11 met track & trace.
- VS, Canada, VAE, Azië en andere ondersteunde bestemmingen buiten de EU: €14 met track & trace.
We verzenden momenteel niet naar andere EU-landen dan Nederland. De beschikbare landen worden bij het afrekenen getoond.
Geschatte bezorgtijd
De geschatte bezorgtijd na verzending is 2–4 werkdagen binnen Nederland, 4–8 werkdagen naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk en 6–14 werkdagen naar andere ondersteunde bestemmingen. Dit zijn schattingen en geen gegarandeerde bezorgdata. Douanecontroles, lokale vervoerders en drukke periodes kunnen vertraging veroorzaken.
Klanten buiten Nederland zijn verantwoordelijk voor eventuele invoerrechten, belastingen of afhandelingskosten in hun land.
Herroepingsrecht
Bij een niet-gepersonaliseerde Classic-bestelling kan een consument ons binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst laten weten de aankoop te willen herroepen. Na de melding moet het product binnen 14 dagen worden teruggestuurd. De retourkosten zijn voor rekening van de klant.
Stuur het complete product zorgvuldig verpakt en, voor zover redelijkerwijs mogelijk, ongebruikt en in originele staat terug. Waardevermindering door gebruik dat verder gaat dan nodig om het product te beoordelen, kan worden verrekend.
Gepersonaliseerde producten
De Premium-editie bevat een boekenlegger met de door jou opgegeven naam. Omdat deze speciaal volgens jouw keuze wordt gemaakt, geldt het wettelijke herroepingsrecht niet voor dit gepersonaliseerde product. Je rechten bij schade, een defect of een fout in de personalisatie blijven bestaan.
Beschadigde of verkeerde bestelling
Mail zo snel mogelijk naar info@blinddatewithabook.nl met je bestelnummer en duidelijke foto's. Als wij een fout hebben gemaakt of het product beschadigd is aangekomen, bieden we een passende oplossing en vergoeden we waar nodig redelijke retourkosten.
