2. Products and orders
We sell curated surprise-book gifts. The title and author are intentionally not disclosed before delivery. You choose the available preferences; we select the book with reasonable care. Images show the style, but small handmade and screen-colour variations may occur.
You are responsible for checking all selections and spelling, especially a personalisation name. An order is accepted after successful payment and confirmation.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is added before payment. Stripe securely processes payments; we do not store full payment-card details.
4. Availability and changes
Orders are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund the affected amount. Contact us promptly about an error. Changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once personalisation or fulfilment has begun.
5. Delivery and returns
Destinations, charges, delivery estimates, the 14-day withdrawal right for eligible non-personalised purchases and the personalised-product exception are explained on our Shipping & Returns page.
6. Problems with an order
Products must conform to the agreement and consumer law. Contact us promptly if an order is damaged, defective or incorrect. Keep the packaging and provide photographs where helpful so we can offer an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
7. Liability and intellectual property
Nothing limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss, delays outside our reasonable control or loss caused by inaccurate customer information. Website text, branding, photographs and designs may not be copied or used commercially without permission.
8. Complaints, law and disputes
Send complaints through our contact form. These terms are governed by Dutch law. Consumers retain mandatory protections of the country where they live. Disputes may be submitted to the competent court under applicable law.

2. Producten en bestellingen
Wij verkopen samengestelde verrassingsboeken als cadeau. Titel en auteur worden bewust niet vóór levering bekendgemaakt. Jij kiest de beschikbare voorkeuren; wij selecteren het boek met redelijke zorg. Foto's tonen de stijl, maar bij handwerk en schermkleuren kunnen kleine verschillen voorkomen.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van keuzes en spelling, vooral de personalisatienaam. De bestelling is geaccepteerd na succesvolle betaling en bevestiging.
3. Prijzen en betaling
Prijzen zijn in euro's en inclusief toepasselijke btw. Verzendkosten worden vóór betaling toegevoegd. Stripe verwerkt betalingen veilig; wij bewaren geen volledige betaalkaartgegevens.
4. Beschikbaarheid en wijzigingen
Bestellingen zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid. Kunnen we een bestelling niet uitvoeren, dan nemen we contact op en betalen we het betreffende bedrag terug. Neem direct contact op bij een fout. Wij kunnen wijziging of annulering niet garanderen nadat personalisatie of verwerking is begonnen.
5. Levering en retouren
Bestemmingen, kosten, bezorgindicaties, het herroepingsrecht van 14 dagen voor daarvoor in aanmerking komende niet-gepersonaliseerde aankopen en de uitzondering voor personalisatie staan op de pagina Verzending & retour.
6. Problemen met een bestelling
Producten moeten aan de overeenkomst en het consumentenrecht voldoen. Neem direct contact op bij schade, een defect of een verkeerd product. Bewaar de verpakking en stuur waar nuttig foto's mee, zodat we een passende reparatie, vervanging of terugbetaling kunnen bieden.
7. Aansprakelijkheid en intellectueel eigendom
Niets beperkt rechten of aansprakelijkheid die wettelijk niet mogen worden uitgesloten. Voor zover toegestaan zijn wij niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade, vertraging buiten onze redelijke invloed of schade door onjuiste klantinformatie. Teksten, merken, foto's en ontwerpen mogen zonder toestemming niet commercieel worden gebruikt.
8. Klachten, recht en geschillen
Stuur klachten via het contactformulier. Op deze voorwaarden is Nederlands recht van toepassing. Consumenten behouden dwingende bescherming van het land waar zij wonen. Geschillen kunnen volgens het toepasselijke recht aan de bevoegde rechter worden voorgelegd.
